Project: Julie & Julia

I am a simple dabbler , a software engineer sometimes bored at desk and sometimes stressed. I feel happy when my code gives good output but never delighted or smug at the results. Music has always been a big part of me . I would probably not call it my passion but it is something which gives me greater satisfaction. Today I was at a concert and I was jealous of the singer's vocal capabilities. I felt I had to work on my vocals. But the push came later from my friend who was with me. she suggested I sing and post my videos. This idea developed over the bus journey and my lone walk on the St Johns road koramangala. The idea is not just about posting videos but also writing a blog on that(similar to the movie Julie & Julia
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1135503/). I have an year till the next Independence Day of India to complete 50 songs. On contrary to 100 dishes in 365 days in the movie I would go for a song in a week and given my laziness and procrastination I would give myself a grace period of two weeks. I would call this project Julie & Julia.
The first song is the song my friend suggested after all the idea started from her and there needs to be something dedicated to her(The song is Nalone Pongenu narmada from the Movie Surya S/O Krishnan).

I wanted to wrap this up before the clock strikes 24:00. Hence the post will be very crude.
